Construction Management
Sithe Global's depth of experience in construction management spans many years and multiple technologies including plants ranging in sizes up to 1,600 MW, fueled by coal, oil, and natural gas, pet coke and hydroelectric across the world. The Sithe Global construction management teams carry the same quality oversight and devotion to high standards as the rest of the Sithe team and are the backbone of the successful development history, both at Sithe Energies and Sithe Global.
In every case the construction management team at Sithe has prided itself on its ability to manage difficult and complex projects while maintaining or improving the cost structure and construction quality for the owner.
Operations and Maintenance

Our operations personnel have extensive experience operating and maintaining different types of generating facilities, including thermal, combined-cycle, hydro, and diesel power plants.

- China - 100 MW Tangshan pulverized coal project; 66 MW Houjie diesel facility; 38 MW Changzhou simple-cycle plant; 600 MW Wenzhou coal fired facility
- Korea - Ichon 227 MW thermal and combined-cycle facility; Daesan 97 MW thermal facility
- Pakistan - 126 MW Tapal diesel facility
