Mr. Geiser joined Sithe Global Power LLC in October
2005 and is responsible for engineering and technical support of
project development and acquisition activities in both the US and
international independent power markets. His duties also include
management of construction activities arising from such development
and supporting operation and maintenance of operating facilities.
Previous to his current position, Mr. Geiser has more than 25
years in the independent power industry both in the US and internationally
including roles as Director General of Tamuin Development Services
located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, project company for the
Thermoelectrica del Golfo and Termoelectrica del Penoles power projects;
Vice President of Sithe China Holdings located in Beijing, Peoples
Republic of China; and, project management of various EPC projects
in the United States, and Latin America. Mr. Geiser has also been
involved in construction and engineering managements for process,
institutional, defense and mechanical construction projects.
Mr. Geiser holds a degree from the University of Texas in aerospace
engineering and holds construction licenses in the states of California,
Florida, Louisiana and Nevada.
