Gregg M. Zeitlin

Gregg Zeitlin co-founded Reservoir in 1997, was a partner through December 2004, and worked with Reservoir in various capacities in 2005, 2006 and part of 2007. Mr. Zeitlin rejoined Reservoir in his former role as a partner on January 1, 2008. Mr. Zeitlin has been integrally involved in Reservoir's development and investment activities over the years. Prior to Reservoir, he was a partner at Ziff Brothers Investments in 1997, and a pr/incipal from 1995 to 1996. Before joining ZBI, Mr. Zeitlin was Vice President, Financial Strategy for Ziff Communications Company ("ZCC"), where he focused on strategic partnerships and acquisitions and was one of two non-family ZCC executives responsible for managing the $2 billion sale of the Ziff family's operating businesses. Prior to joining ZCC, Mr. Zeitlin worked at Sunrise Capital Partners, a private equity firm formed by Henry Silverman, and Wasserstein Perella & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and was involved with the firm's merchant banking activities.

Mr. Zeitlin currently serves on the board of directors of Sithe Global Power and Turfgrass America. He previously served on the board of directors of Orange-co and Sithe Energies (and related entities). In addition to his focus on direct investments, Mr. Zeitlin has been instrumental in the formation and development of Anchorage Capital, Greyrock Capital, SAB Capital, K Capital and IREO. He has also worked closely on investment opportunities with Glenhill Capital, Olympus Capital, CBM Capital and Russia Partners, among others.

Mr. Zeitlin received a B.B.A. with Highest Honors in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated first in his class in the College of Business Administration.
